Chili`s bar and grill in Monroe

I took my family out to dinner and was very pleased with our service. It was 6:30 when we went and we were seated very quickly. Our server was very friendly and seemed genually to enjoy her job. The meal came out within 10 minutes. Drinks were topped off quickly. Food was very good and was made to the way we ordered it. We even had a friendly visit from the Manager on duty. We will be back.

They have good food, service was slow. The loaded potato soup was to thick tasted more like cheese soup. I'll try again.

The food was good but service, not so great. Giving the benefit of the doubt, it was busy, but only seeing your server twice and then hearing the complaints and huffing from another got really old. We only asked for 1 thing the whole time and I finally grabbed it myself.

The staff was really working hard to make sure everything was cleaned immediately after guests left. And our waitress was the best waitress ever!

my wife and I got the 3 for $25.. the Onion Pedals were delicious...my Ranch Bacon Quesadillas were really really good and she loved her Chicken....the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is the fact we waited for over 50 minutes until we got our food , which was just ludicrous...at one point the manager , without us saying a word , came to our table and apologized for the long wait , which was nice...it would've been nicer if they had removed something like the app or our drinks from our bill.....

Love Chili’s! I’ve got a plan to eat my way through the menu #YUM. Left is the chicken fajita platter. Right is the sampler platter. I chose the ribs and brisket. The corn was juicy and spicy.

To go service is horrendous! Wait times are definitely not as promised on their website, and your food will be cold and soggy when you get it.Update: on 6/17/20 we decided to give them another try since they sent us $40 in gift cards to make up for the lousy service we got when we did a to go order. I have to say that they did much better this time. The food was hot, and the service was much better this time around. Plus we were seated immediately. The only downside to this visit is that the steamed broccoli 2 of us ordered was borderline raw. That said, they went from 1 star to 3 stars. If the food quality was a little better, I would have given them 4 stars.Chili's used to be a really good restaurant with good quality food years ago. I don't know if it's the location or changes made company wide. But I don't think we'll be going there with any regularity.

Had another great experience. Waitress was attentive, prompt and friendly. Food was delicious, hot and fast. Exactly as expected from the best Chili's around.

Excellent meal and they still have their full menu. Evan with the Covid issue. Most restaurants are running with a smaller than usual menu.

Worst experience. Waited 25 mins at the table as waitresses walked by and no one took our order. Order was wrong. Food was not edible. Asked for additional item and it never came. Will not return to this location

My favorite place i like too chill at the chilis. They have the goods though they dont have crab legs. They do have a red pepper logo. Lets go chilis. Lets go to chilis. Badabapa ba im loving it. Its chill time. Chilis they have the beets.

Curb side after ordering online.Food was OK. To ensure quick and easy curb side pick up, hire someone with strong English speaking skills. The young lady was either high or unable to understand my last name. Not really difficult. Can’t blame the young lady. Management making poor decisions on worker assignments.

I visited to use a gift card. I was totally amazed at the courteous curbside service. The food was well packed and freshly made. I'll be visiting again soon!

The food is about what you would expect from a chain restaurant. But the servers and management team are excellent. They're very attentive and eager to help with any request.

My burger was over cooked and I was never asked how i wanted the burger cooked but all the other food and service was decent but the reason for the 3 stars was because Burger was overcooked. I'm not sure I will return because I have come here many times over the years and sometimes it is good and others not so good.

Chili's food used to be very good years ago; however, now I'm not too impressed at all. For one, I believe the company may put more emphasis on quantity over quality. The food is typically thrown together and taste horrible. I know they made some changes regarding the food distributor years ago. As a result, the original recipes are not so great tasting anymore. I will just suggest this place for drinks, that's all.

The food was good going down. However I got very sick with food poisoning after eating the steak here.

I came here with my younger siblings and mother. It was 3pm and there was two girls at the bar who were so drunk and blasting music. There’s also 4 guys at the bar talking to the women here. and being very loud and drunk. the food service is horrible. it took 30 minutes just to get a order of fries.

Normally the food is.good to great. But this time it was something you get at a low grade dinner. Also a roach walked across our table. Will not be back

Sadly lacking food wise during this Pandemic and curb side only pickup. I will not be going back unless I can dine in. Online ordering was fine. Pickup was fine. Food was not fine. My Caesar salad was iceberg lettuce and 1 measly crouton. The small container of loaded potato was not even the amount of one potato. Ribs seemed to be ok. I did NOT get my money’s worth. Buyer beware. Trying to support locals and I left a generous tip for the server. Can’t go back for this poor food.

Ordered curb side and asked for extra ranch and got none. I got the queso appetizer and recieved no chips. Not pleased. Not. Pleased.

Got the big boss burger when we went and it was phenomenal. Kids love coming here for the blue drink with the gummies in it

Service was great! . Food was mediocre.I had the Cajun pasta, looked and tasted like it was a day old and microwaved. The sauce was really thick and dried up.Margarita was good. It had been a looking time since I was in a Chili's and will probably be a looonger time before I return.

Spent almost 2 hours here. First time being unsatisfied with food and service. Everyone at my table of 5 had several refills on drinks. Me not even 1 and I asked my waitress but she was so not hearing me. So she came bought our checks i again asked for one to go since I had none with my food. I'm always a great tipper but guess what? I was waiting no longer as she was attending another group of mostly men so I took my nice top off the table and left.

I go here a lot. Pretty clean and servers are decent. I sat near the bar today where to go orders come through and all i could smell was (I think) spoiled meat. I love chilis and I'll be back but the smell was baaad

Love going here to eat and enjoy good food

One of my favorite places when I'm ready for a Burger! They are juicy and made to your request. You can get a drink of choice or a nice glass of wine. Service is always always fast and friendly. Do yourself a favor stop the next time you have a desire for a special burger. If you have any room left to eat more after the burger...there are always delicious desserts to please that sweet tooth!

My favorite pork ribs Texas dry seazoning is from chilli's is juicy good flavor. I love chilli's.

I ordered the California club with steamed broccoli to go and was very pleased. The sandwich was very filling (lots of turkey and avocado). The broccoli was cooked just right with seasoning. Only issue is they put ranch dressing on the sandwich instead of mayo or maybe they use both. Otherwise, a good purchase.

Not too bad. Service was a bit slow but overall everything was good. It is a typical chain restaurant with typical chain restaurant service.
